Mark has a background as an electrical engineer and has worked in the property investment and construction industry for over 20 years. Mark heads up the development portfolio and investor relations for the group.
Rose-Anna has a BA Hons in Business and is responsible for financial management of the company.
Beau joined the team in 2023 bringing a strong 22-year construction history on a variety of projects including new builds, refurbished residential schemes, commercial and factories. Beau holds a Diploma in Building & Construction and is qualified plumber.
Most recently Beau has been the Services Project Manager of an iconic Melbourne high rise.
Norbert Gallagher is a specialist advisor and non-executive director of a number of investment funds. He graduated in Higher Construction Technology and was awarded Companion of the Institute of Engineers of Ireland (CompIEI) in 2000. Norbert has over 30 years experience in construction project management.
Philip is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB) and has more than 40 years experience as a building surveyor, project manager and director. Philip has completed projects in the UK, Europe, North Africa and Australia. Over the years these have received recognition through national awards for quality of design and construction. He has also supported and served as a board member of a number of charities promoting training in the construction industry and is author of two bestselling books in The Builder's Companion series.
